Counseling/Psychotherapy

Duties and responsibilities: counseling psychotherapy is a psychological specialty facilitates personal and interpersonal functioning across the life span. With a focus on emotional, social, vocational, educational, health-related, developmental, and organizational concerns. 

Salary:  $72,540

Education: to become a counseling psychotherapy you need a bachelor degree for 4 years either online or on compass. You also have to earn a master degree for 2 years. Earn a PHD or PsyD 2-4 additional years.    

Reflection: I think to be a counseling psychotherapy you have to be really focus and feel what the person is fleeing I would like to a counseling psychotherapy because I would love to help people over there fleeing’s and tragedy that had happen to them.

This is a great quote from William Penn because doing the right thing makes you feel wonderful even though a person around you is against choosing the right and likes choosing the wrong but then later there the ones that are going to feel terrible because they didn't choose the right. That’s why is always important to choose the right. 

Yoga therapist

Duties and responsibilities:  Is a tradition of ancient yoga and integrates them with cutting edge of evidence.  Are physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that aim to transform body and mind. 

Salary: $36,900

Education: Yoga therapists are well-trained in many areas of health therapy. The schools of yoga train different perspectives. Students must practice 800 hours of basic yoga training.  

Reflection: to be a yoga therapist you need a lot of patient to be able to relax and I’m not that patient so yoga isn't for me.

This quote really  says a lot because is telling you do not do things what you want you want to see because you gonna see it soon and every day. 

                             Chromotherapy

Duties and responsibilities: chromotherapy is a method treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic radiation to cure diseases. This in an old century’s concept.

Salary: $28,560

Education: to become a chromotherapy or color therapy you need to take course in chromotherapy either a diploma or a bachelor’s degree.    

                   

        

Reflection: I think it would be great to study chromotherapy and the way the different colors can cure a person body.

This quote from coach k is a great quote because if you have a great name it means that you can achieve in life and in the future. You can do anything in life and the way to have a good name so people know your good by doing something great, like coach k by being a wonderful coach for basketball. 

                                Columbus Day

We the U.S celebrate Columbus Day the commemorates of the arrival of Christopher Columbus in the new world on October 12, 1492. We celebrate it on the second day on Monday in October each year. Unofficially it was celebrated in a number of cities and states as early as the 18^th century. This did not become a federal holiday until the 1937. The first celebration took place in 1792 when New York Columbian order-better known as Tammany hall-held an event of commemorate the historic landings 300^th anniversary. In 1992 has been marked as the 500^th anniversary of Columbus discovery. In 1869, when the Italians of San Francisco celebrated October 12 they called it Columbus Day.    

Reflection: this holiday is actually both honoring Columbus Day for the achievements and celebrating Italian-American heritage.

                             Fashion Designer

Duties and responsibilities:  is the art of the application of design and aesthetics or natural beauty for clothing and accessories. Fashion is design influence by culture and social latitudes. Fashion designers work in a number of ways to design clothing and accessories like bracelets and necklace. They have wide range and combinations of materials to work with like colors, patterns, and styles to choose from.  

Salary: $62,860 annual wage. 10 percent earned less than $34,110. The top 10 percent earned more than $126,290.

Education:  there are well known specialize art schools and designer schools worldwide. They offer degrees in fashion design and fashion design technology. Some colleges offer masters of fashion courses. It’s not a requirement to have a master’s level degree it’s recommended by those who are already working in the industry to study at that level.

               

Reflection: I want to be a fashion designer for many reasons. I would like to be a fashion designer one day because it’s really fun to mix up your style and turn it into something beautiful like a work of art. 

                      Chinese (oriental) medicine

Duties and responsibilities: traditional Chinese medicine is originated in ancient China and it has evolved over thousands of years. They used practitioners use herbal medicines and various mind and body practices.

Salary: $60,000

Education: The Chinese oriental medicine courses are acupuncture and herbal medicine. Most state requires licensees to complete 15 CEUs per year. The AMC Oriental Medicine school program is four academic years.

Reflection: I would not like to be a Chinese oriental medicine because I would not like to put needles in a person body because I think I will hurt them.

Duties and responsibilities: the administration of live whole-cells or maturation of specific cell population in a patient for the treatment of a disease. This means intact living cells these T cells are capable of fighting cancer cells via cell-mediated immunity can be injected in the course of immunotherapy.

Education: the Duke Division of Malignancies and Cellular Therapy is a training program for future leaders in cellular therapy. This provides clinic and laboratory training.

Reflection: I will not like to be a cellular therapy one day because I don’t want to give shots to the person.

                                  Cardiologist

Duties and responsibilities:  Is a doctor with special training and skill in finding, treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels. This includes medical diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease and electrocardiography.

Salary: $512,000

Education: To become a cardiologist you need to have a bachelor degree in to get to medical school. The pre-med bachelor degrees include courses in chemistry, mathematics, engineering or psychology. The four years of medical school covers standard medical terminology, medical judgment and clinic standard procedures.

                                   

Reflection: I would like to be a cardiologist because it will be cool to check people heart and what’s going on to them.
